Oh Marie, I should not read your posts when I am hungry. The food pictures and recipes looks so good; I must try them. I need to live close to you because I would be over for treats all the time.
I loved your words today on we do things because that is what we do. There was so much wisdom in these thoughts. I always enjoy reading your posts and as I have said before I think you should write a book and also illustrate it. You are so gifted.

Kindness... so much good comes of if, for those that give it as well as receive it. This year I want to do more RAKs--Random Acts of Kindness. I was inspired to so this more, as we had several occasions of random acts of kindness toward us while TJ & I were in the USA and traveling in December. I want to keep the circle of kindness going! :o) So sorry you've not been sleeping well. Do you have insomnia? Sleeping with a little lavender sachet near or under your pillow might help you drift off to slumber more. And cup of chamomile tea soon before bedtime is a great calmer-down'er after a long, busy day. Hope you find some good rest soon. LOVE these recipes today, Marie. I have to see about those muffins especially. ;o) Oh, yes, let's try to chat this week. I still have Tuesday and Thursday free in the afternoons, if that suits you too. Let me know your schedule. I saw the first wild snowdrops by the roadside yesterday on way to Chippenham....they looked lovely and so early as well..
That looks a wonderful recipe this morning..certainly one for me to try at some time. would make a tin of salmon go further as well..
